Official Rules

1. To Enter: No purchase necessary. You can enter online by completing the official entry form.
   To enter by mail, send a 3x5 card with your name, address and telephone number to: StudyAbroad.com Sweepstakes, StudyAbroad.com, 1450 Edgmont Avenue, Suite 140, Chester, PA 19013.
   Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on November 11, 2001 to be eligible. Mail entries must be postmarked no later than November 8, 2001. No responsibility will be assumed for lost, late or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfuntions that may occur. All entries become the property of StudyAbroad.com and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person. All subsequent entries will be disqualified.
2. All winners will be selected by random drawing to be held on or around November 12, 2001. Winners will be notified by e-mail, mail or telephone. Limit: 1 prize per person. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of qualified entries.
3. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a spring 2002 semester study abroad program to London, England. Program may also be taken during the fall semester of 2002. The program is provided by Cultural Experiences Abroad (CEA). The Grand Prize also includes round-trip airfare to the destination country from the continental United States, provided by Council Travel. Certain restrictions and black-out dates may apply. Ten (10) Second Prize winners will each receive a Studyabroad.com T-Shirt. Twenty-five (25) Third Prize winners will each receive a Studyabroad.com mouse pad. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be allowed.
4. Grand prize components are provided directly to the winner by CEA and Council Travel. These prizes are provided by these organizations for promotional considerations. Studyabroad.com will assume no responsibility in relation to these prizes.
5. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States only, who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Educational Directories Unlimited, Inc.; Cultural Experiences Abroad, and Council Travel, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
6. Winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release within 21 days of the prize awarding. Failure to comply with this stipulation will result in forfeiture of the prize and the awarding of the prize to another individual.
7. A list of winners will be available after November 12, 2001.
8. All judges decisions will be final.
